Refunds / Damaged Goods


All fabricated Anchor Bolts, Sag Rods, Bent Sag Rods, All-Thread Rods, J-Hooks, S-Hooks and Paintline Hooks are custom-made to order and therefore nonrefundable. If any defects are noted or products are damaged upon delivery, photographs should be taken and emailed to A Sales Specialist will contact you as soon as possible to discuss delivery damage or product defects.

Please do not send your purchase back to the Whitelaw Rigging unless instructed to do so.

Lost/Damaged Products

The buyer must notify Whitelaw Rigging of any lost or damaged merchandise within 3 days after the merchandise is delivered. The buyer is responsible for the following:

  1. Inspecting shipment for lost or damaged merchandise,
  2. Signing the carriers freight bill as short, damaged, or incomplete, and
  3. Obtaining a signature of carrier for lost or damaged merchandise.
